This project involved the transformation of an existing sub-standard private boat ramp and gravel parking area to a state-of-the-art public boating facility. Improvements include 46 truck\/trailer parking spaces, 33 vehicle parking spaces, new 4-lane ramp, transient dock\/gangway, public restrooms and RV host site. Plans addressed all utilities and irrigation of the low-impact storm drainage system. LCE staff worked closely with the original property owner, Oregon State Marine Board, Clatsop County and the local utility providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
