This included a comprehensive site assessment for a new park and ride within the City of Scappoose in which three different sites were scored based on various criteria. Work also included all construction documents for a new park and ride facility in Rainier, Oregon. This work involved major value-engineering of the original design in order to execute the project within budget to avoid losing the grant funds that had been awarded.
