We adapted an existing site in the SEC-S and SEC general overlays into an educational campus for Woodard Middle School and the Corbett School District offices. This included the remodel of existing buildings, an addition, a storm-water management system, updates to pedestrian circulation, off-street parking facilities, and a new septic system.
