LCE has provided a variety of services for CC Rider over the years. This included a comprehensive site assessment for a new park and ride within the City of Scappoose in which three different sites were scored based on various criteria. Work also included all construction documents for a new park and ride facility in Rainier, Oregon. This work involved major value-engineering of the original design in order to execute the project within budget to avoid losing the grant funds that had been awarded. The facility includes low-impact storm design, various historical elements within the waiting area, restrooms and electric vehicle charging stations.
