LC Eco prepared a wetland delineation on a 3.75-acre project site to assist with placement and construction of two new apartment complexes, driveways, and parking lots.

• Information gathering (NWI review, LWI review, existing surveys, etc.)
• Site visit to conduct the wetland boundary delineation
• Data input and creation of maps showing the proposed wetland boundary
• Completion of wetland delineation report as per the Oregon Department of State Lands and US Army Corps of Engineers standards
• Submittal of the wetland delineation report to the Oregon Department of State Lands
• Correspondence with the Oregon Department of State Lands on report questions and adjustments
