LCE provided all construction documents, bidding assistance, and permit monitoring services for this large and complex dredging project. The project included an existing marina for floating homes and boats plus the access channel to the Columbia River. Total volumes were 97,000 cubic yards for the channel and 61,000 cubic yards for the marina.
