This project involved a total interior gut and rebuild of a 23,000 square foot, two-story office space and a 90,000-fabrication shop. LCE took a creative approach to navigating the complex land use requirements that ended up resulting in the City of Portland recommending us to another design team for a similar project. Plans addressed a complete interior design for the office space and the associated structural engineering. Tasks also included a new meeting space, service ramp and bridge crane within the shop.
