LCE provided structural engineering, architectural design, equipment layout, plumbing/electrical design and permitting support for a 16,000 square foot seafood processing facility in Warrenton, Oregon. This project included a 2,900 square foot two-story office. Due to geotechnical challenges, the building and equipment is supported by a complex piling/waffle slab. This project is currently under construction.
