Emelia grew up in St. Helens, Oregon, and graduated from Oregon State University in 2022 with a B.S. in Ecological Engineering. She developed her love for the outdoors while hiking and camping with her family. Her career in ecological engineering stems from her passion for stream and wetland restoration and preserving our ecosystems.

She was an intern at LCE starting in 2018 and officially joined the team as an EIT after graduation. She has experience with habitat restoration, wetland design and delineation, stream restoration and modeling, fish passage criteria, and stormwater management. She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty and can often be found out in the field. She is currently working toward obtaining her PE and is excited about being a part of LC Eco’s continued growth. In her free time, Emelia enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her family and pets.
