Sue Nelson, graduated from Portland State University in 1997 with a BS in Civil Engineering. She holds her professional engineering license in Oregon and was co-owner of a small engineering firm specializing in private development before joining the City of St. Helens, Oregon in 2001. As the City Engineer, Sue managed all aspects of public works improvements and designed multiple projects for the City until she retired in 2021. Sue now works as a consultant for LCE.
