Lower Columbia Engineering successfully oversaw the final design and construction of the Clear Creek Project on behalf of Wahkiakum County.  Lower Columbia Engineering collaborated as a team to keep the project on schedule and within budget despite many challenges.  Lower Columbia Engineering resolved challenges with adjacent properties, providing a net improvement for all Stakeholders.
